Scope of works
Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is undertaking a significant redevelopment initiative intended to support long-term housing supply, community benefit and sustainable asset management. LRHF is inviting prospective proponents to submit Proposals for construction management services for the multi-year phased redevelopment of Planeview Place Lodge and Affordable Housing in Leduc, Alberta. The project is planned in three separate phases, and each phase will include pre-construction services to support design, selective demolition of the existing site and construction, tie-ins, and handover of each new residential building in a fully operational state. This redevelopment will occur on the existing 4.13-acre site and will operate as affordable housing and support services. A total of 187 suites – a combination of lodge rooms, studio and one-bedroom – will be provided through new construction and the remaining lodge.
