Scope of works
The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified coaching partner to provide human-centred one on one coaching services for the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management Team, and Corporate Management Teams. The objective is to strengthen leadership effectiveness, performance, and alignment through evidence-based, inclusive, and transformative coaching approaches. The primary coaching objectives will achieve the following: • Support leaders in aligning personal purpose with organizational goals. • Develop the mindset, behaviours, and skills necessary for adaptive leadership. • Develop the mindset for bold decision making and effective matrix working • Enable leaders to build cohesive and resilient teams that collaborate effectively across departments and functions. • enhance emotional intelligence, trust, and positive accountability. • Deliver measurable improvements in engagement, innovation, and performance
