Scope of works
PROJECT OVERVIEW The Province invites formal written proposals for the onsite renovation and conversions of two (2) dry sleepers with 12 double occupancy rooms into two (2) wet sleepers with 10 double occupancy rooms, with three (3) bathrooms and one (1) laundry/janitor room in each building. The project also includes the removal of old decks and replacements of two (2) rear decks with new 6’ x 6’ landings, and two (2) sets of stairs 6’ wide and installing two (2) new 8’ x 30’ front decks including stairs. The renovations and conversions must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by March 1, 2027.
