Scope of works
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from qualified applicants for airport regulatory compliance and aviation fuel system operations for two regional airports, Sundre Airport (CFN7) and Olds/Didsbury Airport (CEA3), owned by Mountain View County (the County). The successful proponent will be responsible for overseeing legislative and regulatory compliance, safety management, airside inspections, and operating the County’s aviation fuel systems at both airports in strict compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), federal, provincial, and municipal legislation, and aviation industry best practices.
