Scope of works
The Alberta Insurance Council (AIC) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and related implementation services. AIC is undertaking an ERP Replacement Project to modernize the technology systems that support its operations and corporate services. The project will replace legacy applications and databases with a secure, integrated, and sustainable solution that supports both external stakeholders and internal users. The new platform will serve as a core business system supporting regulatory processes, stakeholder interactions, financial management, reporting, data management, and other operational functions across the organization. Through this Request for Proposal, AIC seeks to identify a qualified implementation partner capable of recommending and implementing an ERP solution that aligns with AIC's business, operational, and technology requirements. Proponents are expected to describe their recommended software platform, implementation approach, project team, relevant experience, and pricing model.
