Scope of works
The University requires a qualified contractor to provide maintenance for three (3) SMARDT chillers total. One (1) chiller is located on the SAMU building and two (2) chillers are located on the newly constructed Building 12 (School of Business). The services under this agreement shall consist of planned and unplanned maintenance services for the chiller equipment described in the RFP.
