Scope of works

Request for a Competitive Bidding Exception (CBE) to direct-award the procurement of a LECO Pegasus BTX Mass Spectrometer with a Paradigm Shift GC×GC Modulator to replace an aging LECO Pegasus IV system (2009). Direct award is required to maintain technical compatibility with the lab's existing LECO fleet (BT and HRT+ systems) and proprietary ChromaTOF® software, which runs over 12 acquisition and 50+ processing methods.
