Scope of works
Brazeau County, by means of this Request for Proposals invites interested parties to submit proposals for the Operation and Maintenance of Willey West Campground for the period of January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2030. Please refer to the RFP Document for further details and information. Questions can be directed to Tristen Walker, Parks and Recreation Supervisor, by email at twalker@brazeau.ab.ca on or before October 27, 2026. A mandatory onsite meeting will be held October 21, 2026 at 1:00pm at the Willey West Campground. Interested parties must ensure that they are represented at the site meeting. Proposals will be shortlisted based on the criteria in the RFP Document. Interested parties should ensure they are available for interviews on the dates outlined.
