Town of Gibbons - Request for Proposal - Information Technology - Managed Service Provider

Scope of works

The Town of Gibbons (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified IT service providers to deliver reliable, responsive, and cost-effective managed IT services. The successful proponent will support the Town's existing technology infrastructure and provide guidance to meet evolving organizational needs. Currently, managed IT services are contracted externally, covering all components of IT service delivery. As the existing contract approaches has reached its conclusion, the Town is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a capable vendor who can meet the needs of the organization as a managed IT service provider. Proponents are encouraged to present innovative solutions, including flexible service arrangements and corresponding pricing for varying levels of on-site presence.
