Scope of works
Proposals signed under seal, executed, and dated shall be sent to ARROW Utilities electronically via email before 2:00 p.m., local time on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 by the Proponent. Executed Proposal to be emailed to proposals@arrowutilities.ca. Please use the RFP posting title on all correspondence. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its proposal is received at the specific location indicated, by the stipulated time. Proposals received at the specific location after the stipulated time shall be returned to the Proponent unopened. The Proposals shall be for furnishing all labour, equipment, material, software, and on-site services for the supply of an automatic, unattended, backup (non-emergency) power supply system, and other system appurtenances necessary for complete and functional operation. Services will include design, manufacturing, testing, supply, delivery, commissioning, and operator training. Installation of the equipment will be by others. The lowest cost or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part. Proponents may be required to provide supplementary information after the closing date to support their Proposal.
