Scope of works

The Work will be divided into two parts: a. Monitoring services as required, on fire alarm, ammonia, and leak detector systems as more defined in Schedule D and b. Annual inspection and testing, and, maintenance, service and repair as required, on fire alarm and fire protection systems as more defined in Schedule A. Key components of this RFP: • 24/7 Monitoring Services Continuous monitoring for: o Fire alarm systems o Ammonia detection systems o Leak detection systems Includes signal transmission, alarm handling, and integration with emergency protocols. • Annual Inspection & Maintenance Testing, servicing, and repair of fire alarm and fire protection systems, ensuring operational integrity and compliance. • Commissioning & Integration Installation of monitoring equipment at all specified locations, with full operational readiness by March 1, 2027. • Compliance & Documentation Verification certificates, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and as-built updates for all systems.
