Scope of works
Banff Centre is seeking proposals from experienced vendors for the provision of professional flooring installation services of various materials in several of its campus buildings. The initial project is the replacement of the existing carpet and wall base in the Kinnear Centre with the selected Patcraft carpet tile and Roppe profiled wall base or equivalent, as further detailed in Appendix E. Banff Centre has several buildings that will need flooring replacement over the next few years. These additional projects are not guaranteed and will be executed on an as needed basis.
