Scope of works
Het College van Bestuur van de Lowys Porquinstichting, hierna te noemen ‘aanbestedende dienst’ of ‘opdrachtgever’, is voornemens een opdracht in de markt te zetten voor het integraal beheer en onderhoud van haar vastgoedportfolio. De opdracht omvat een meerjarige dienstenovereenkomst voor prestatie- en prijsgericht onderhoud (PPGO) van bouwkundige en technische installaties, inclusief de daarmee onlosmakelijk verbonden raamovereenkomst voor de uitvoering van werken die voortvloeien uit het meerjarenonderhoudsplan (MJOP). De (combinatie van) marktpartij(en) wordt hierna aangeduid als ‘(potentiële) gegadigde’ of ‘opdrachtnemer’.
