Bid pipeline — see the money, the decisions and the work going stale
Most pipelines only show what stage a bid is in. This one shows what it is worth, what it is realistically worth, who owns it, and which bids have stopped moving.
- Every column carries both its raw value and its expected value — weighted by each bid’s fit score — so a column full of poor-fit work cannot flatter the forecast.
- Stalled work is surfaced, not buried: bids untouched for a fortnight, or closing within a week with nobody owning them, are flagged on the card and countable in one click.
- Search by title, buyer or reference; filter by owner and closing window; switch between the board and a list view built for a weekly review meeting.
- Each bid/no-bid decision is recorded with the fit score as it stood at the moment of the call, alongside tasks, notes and a full activity trail.
- Record the outcome of every submission — win rate and score calibration improve with each one.
