The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Solid Waste Equipment. 2. The Department of Finance, Constituency Development and People Empowerment now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for one Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Crawler Excavator, one Landfill Compactor and one Landfill Dozer to be delivered at Deglos Sanitary Landfill, Saint Lucia. 3.
