The response time deadline is 14:00 EST Transport Canada Requires supply and delivery of Aviation Firefighting Foam Concentrate to Wabush Airport in Newfoundland and Labrador on or before March 31 2027. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
