The Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank (WB) and the Agency Francaise de Development (AFD) toward the cost of the Serbia Railway Sector Modernization (SRSM) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction works on a connection line between Subotica - Bogojevo - State Border rail line and Novi Sad - Odzaci - Bogojevo rail line with reconstruction of Bogojevo railway station. 2. The Central Fiduciary Unit of the Ministry of Finance now invites sealed Proposals from the eligible Proposers for design and construction of a new railway connection between Main Railway Line No. 110, Subotica–Bogojevo–State Border (Erdut), and Regional Railway Line No. 207, Novi Sad–Odaci–Bogojevo, together with the reconstruction of Bogojevo railway station. The Contract will be implemented as a Design and Build contract based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build, Second Edition 2017, Reprinted 2022 with amendments. The Time for Completion is 540 days (18 months) from the Commencement Date.
