The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Smart Government II project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Enhancing Environmental Information Center (EIC) System (related hardware). 2. The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the design, develop, and deploy the Environmental Information Center (EIC) e-platform. 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (September, 2025) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
