The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Fourth Public Sector Modernization Project (PSMP4), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of Additional Equipment for Community Policing Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. 2. The Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and delivery of Additional Equipment for Community Policing Units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 40% and for Bid cost: 60%. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Prime-Minister of RA and inspect the RFB document during office hours 09.00 to 18.00 of Yerevan time at the address given below. 6.
