Reference No: 47A003041/CP/42/2026 Client: National Road Administration, Administração Nacional de Estradas, Instituto Publico (ANE, IP) 1. The Government of Mozambique (GOM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilient Roads for the North (CRRN), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer/Hydrologist for the entire Transport Portfolio and all Project Implementation Units (PIUs) hereafter designated the “ Services ”. 2. The objective of the consultancy assignment is to support the entire Transport Portfolio and all Project Implementation Units (PIUs), to strengthen the PIU's technical capacity in order to guarantee the adequate implementation of the all activities related to the project. Therefore, the consultant will be responsible for implementing and supervising the activities in specific areas of the CRRN following ANE guidelines, manuals and standards. 3. ANE, IP now invites eligible Individual Consultants “Consultants” to express their interest in providing the Services during 2 years full time at the entire Transport Portfolio and all Project Implementation Units (PIUs). 5. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. 6.
