The consulting services (“the Services”) include to conduct Consultancy Services for the Assessment and Development of an Electric Mobility Transition Framework for Palestine, with 6 months implementation period. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: The assignment shall be undertaken by a qualified consulting firm or consortium with demonstrated international or regional experience in electric mobility, sustainable transport, transport economics, public finance and taxation, energy transition, charging infrastructure, institutional reform and economic and financial modelling.
