PPC of the Inclusive Connectivity & Development Project on behalf of the Road Development Authority (RDA), now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Following Contracts. Contract No. Description LK-RDA-525250-CW-RFB – LOT1 Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 1/2 on Kurunegala – Narammala - Madampe Road (B247) in Kurunegala District, North Western Province. LK-RDA-525250-CW-RFB – LOT2 Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 2/1 and Bridge No. 7/3 on Circular Road (B082) in Kurunegala District, North Western Province. Bidders may bid, as further defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one lot will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procurement – nationally advertised using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” Fourth Edition, November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
