Project P508693 — Guyana One Health Project · Method: Request for Bids · Goods · Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: The Cooperative Republic of Guyana Name of Project: Guyana One Health Project (P508693), Ministry of Health RFB Title: Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Office Furniture and Office Supplies RFB Number: GY-HSDU-M-472247-GO-RFB The Government of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the One Health Guyana Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Office Furniture and Office Supplies. 2. The Project Executing Unit of the Guyana One Health Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Office Furniture and Office Supplies . 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Seventh Edition, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Procurement Officer, Guyana One Health Project, Ministry of Health by email at procurement.goh2025@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00hrs to 15:00hrs, Monday to Friday at the address given below. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be uplifted by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the email address procurement.goh2025@gmail.com. 6. Qualifications requirements include (but are not limit to): Submission of Valid NIS and GRA Compliances (for Bidders registered in Guyana), Valid Business or Company Registration, experience, financial and technical capacity. A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically shall not be applied. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of GYD$500,000.00 in local currency or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
