Project P177329 — RMI Multisectoral Early Childhood Development Project - II · Method: Individual Consultant Selection · Consulting services · Assignment Title: Preschool Teacher Assistant, Ajeltake Elementary School, PSS Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): MH-ECD PMO-454477-CS-INDV The Ministry of Education, Sports & Training, through the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Program - Component 2, is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to serve as Preschool Teacher's Aides in selected neighboring island schools. Position Summary The Preschool Teacher's Aide will assist the lead preschool teacher in delivering early childhood education services aligned with the objectives of the ECD project. The role includes providing support to students, helping with classroom activities, and contributing to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Mandatory Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic organizational skills. Passion and enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and collaborating. Hardworking, persistent, and a strong desire to become a preschool teacher in future years.
