For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit . The Economic Planning Division within the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Information Technology now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for the supply, installation and commissioning of PV Plant and SCADA for CWSA. More specifically, the supply and construction of 348 kWp solar plant - Buy All-Sell All arrangement including all electrical equipment and civil works for assembly structures and array foundations, underground infrastructure for power facilities, site drainage and plant testing and commissioning at the Overland site and the development, supply, installation and commissioning of SCADA equipment at the SCADA center in the control room of the administration building in the wellfield, Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) in Overland water tank, RTU in Sandy Bay water tank, RTU in Sion Hill water tank, RTU in Point Village water tank.
