CATCOP aims to enhance regional connectivity by improving the safety of air transport and the resilience of airport infrastructure to natural disasters. It has been approved that an estimated amount of US$ 159 million by the World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors in May 2020, including US$ 45 million for Saint Lucia – CATCOP. The consulting services (“the Services”) include [Rescoping, Design and Supervision for completion of works at ARFFS ensuring full consistency with the TOR attached to in this REOI. The objectives of this assignment is to: Assess the current state of partially completed works and develop a scope of work based on this assessment Support the procurement of a new contractor Provide supervision services for the completion of construction works Ensure compliance with all original project requirements and standards The assignment will be procured on a lump-sum basis with payment against acceptance of deliverables by the Client ad is expected to start in June 2025 with an estimated timeframe of 12 months + DLP.
