Scope of works
CMS Engineering Group, PSC Program Manager for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA), will receive Sealed Bids from interested Bidders to complete the activities of replacement of roof waterproofing system (97,964.00 SF approx.), exterior paint (194,105.00 SF approx.), and Environmental Mitigation of Asbestos, among others, for eighteen (18) residential buildings, one (1) Administration building, and one (1) basketball court, as described in accordance with the Bid Package instructions and requirements. The instructions and requirements (Bid Package) governing this procurement process, and other pertinent documents, will be available during the dates and business hours indicated above. Documents shall be requested by email at cmsengbids@gmail.com and, in response, the interested Bidder will receive an email with the instructions to download the documents. All interested Bidders are hereby invited to a Pre-Bid Meeting which will be held on the day and the format described above. A Site Visit will be held on the same date, September 29, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at Roberto Clemente Public Housing Project Administration Office. Attendance is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Bids will be received at CMS Engineering Group, PSC office located at 414 Muñoz Rivera Ave. 10th floor, San Juan P.R., until the date and time indicated above. Bid offers will be opened and read out loud on this same date at 2:00 p.m., or date indicated in Addendum for this bid. The meeting is open to the public; all parties interested in participating in the meeting shall attend. All Bidders shall be qualified to obtain and submit a Bid Guarantee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the Total Bid, required to be valid for ninety (90) days, in the form of a certified check, a bank draft, or a US Government Bond at par value, or bond from an approved insurance company that must be list
