Hard Copy Submissions shall not be accepted. * The City of Barrie is seeking an experienced and qualified respondent to coordinate and conduct the loading, haulage and appropriate disposal of operational waste soil generated through the City’s operations and maintenance activities, as further described in Appendix B. It is the requirement of the successful respondent to comply with all governing regulations in accordance with this contract.
