Tender Description
Palliser School Division (the “Owner”) invites proposals from qualified Construction Managers to provide pre-construction, trade procurement, construction and post-construction services for the Coalhurst High School Modernization and Addition in Coalhurst, Alberta (the “Project”). The Owner intends to retain a Construction Manager early in the documentation phase to work collaboratively with the Owner, the Consultant, the Owner’s Cost Consultant, and the broader consultant team. Attendance at the mandatory site meeting is a condition of proposal submission.
