Tender Description
The City of Lacombe is seeking proposals from qualified energy engineering consultants to complete a comprehensive Deep Energy Retrofit Feasibility Study and Decarbonization Roadmap for five municipal facilities. Funded in part by the FCM Green Municipal Fund, this study will establish calibrated baseline energy models and phased capital pathways to achieve deep greenhouse gas reductions by July 1, 2027.
