Tender Description
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Fire and Life Safety and Suppression Systems – Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is seeking a qualified respondent to provide maintenance services, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspections, and reporting on the condition of, and deficiencies in, fire safety, fire suppression, and kitchen range hood suppression equipment and systems located in various County buildings. The respondent will complete approved maintenance and repair work. Respondents should note the Optional Site Visit, refer to section 1.4.2 of the RFQ.
