Scope of works
De opdracht betreft het integraal architectonisch en bouwkundig ontwerpen van de nieuwbouw van De Atlas in Dordrecht, een school voor speciaal onderwijs van circa 2.185 m² BVO. De adviseur werkt het ontwerp uit van SO tot en met TO/bestek, stemt dit af met gebruikers, opdrachtgever en overige adviseurs en bewaakt de samenhang, kwaliteit en haalbaarheid binnen de financiële kaders. Daarnaast verzorgt de adviseur de aanvraag van de omgevingsvergunning, de V&G-coördinatie in de ontwerpfase en de bouwkundige toetsing tijdens de uitvoering tot en met de oplevering.
