Scope of works
Talland College heeft sinds de zomer van 2024 Microsoft Dynamics 365 in gebruik als CRM-systeem. De initiële inrichting en toepassing van het CRM-systeem is gerealiseerd binnen het team Marketing & Communicatie. Binnen de organisatie bestaat de wens om Microsoft Dynamics 365 organisatiebreed in te zetten. In eerste instantie richt deze uitbreiding zich op het domein Leven Lang Ontwikkelen (LLO), waarbij de focus vergroot van studentenwerving voor het reguliere opleidingsaanbod naar het werven/bedienen van werkende professionals en externe relaties voor bedrijfsopleidingen en om- en bijscholingstrajecten.
