The proposal should provide pricing for 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps. The contract shall also provide two lit fiber circuits from the High School to the following locations at the speeds listed: - 200 MARKET STREET, LITHOPOLIS, OH 43136 - 1 Gbps - 4955 CARROLL EASTERN RD, CARROLL, OH - 5 Gbps . The applicant is seeking a multi-year contract for a circuit with internet access to the Middle School (71 South Beaver St., Carrol OH). The proposal shoud provide pricing for 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps. . The quote and contracts should provide pricing for increasing the bandwidth during the term of the contract. . The equipment to connect to the school's network shall be included. . The applicant reserves the right to reject bids that are received on or after 29 days after the date this Form 470 was issued.
