Tender Brief — the tender in plain terms
Tender documents run to dozens of pages. The summary sets out what is being bought, who is buying, where the work happens and the dates that matter — and shows the exact wording behind every point.
- Buyer, title, reference, delivery location and procurement type, each confirmed from the tender documents themselves.
- Every point carries the passage it came from — open the wording and check it yourself.
- Anything the documents do not say is marked “Not stated”. Nothing is guessed.
- Open questions are listed separately — contract duration, pricing schedules, evaluation criteria — so you know exactly what to clarify with the buyer.
- Conditions that would stop a bid are called out before you invest in one.
